Building custom-built new homes is just one of our specialties. We can help you with every aspect of your build – from taking your visual concept and turning it into drawings to project managing the entire process, organising relevant building approvals, assisting with engineering and sourcing quality materials. From concept to completion, we stand by your side. We will also happily work with your preferred architect or interior designer to bring your vision to reality.

Extensions, Alterations & Renovations
We are specialists in home improvements. Whether it’s a kitchen, bathroom or full renovation, house extension (extra room or bedroom), added granny flat or second story – we can help you transform your home. We will also help you ascertain what council approvals are required and obtain building certifications.
At Qube, we endeavor to make the renovation process as easy, unobtrusive and stress-free as possible, and work around your needs as you continue to live in your home during construction.
Units & Townhouses
The process of constructing units and townhouse type of dwellings is more complex from the very initial stages right through to completion because of the longer approval process and the fact that all elements of the construction need to be completed within the same development plan – including landscaping, footpath repair, access points and fencing.
At Qube, we have the experience of working closely with developers, architects, local councils and the clients, enabling us to deliver a high quality multi-dwelling home or investment property on time and on budget, every time.
